Outside Sales Position
Compliments International is looking for a sales representative that has a unique blend of talents in assisting and acquiring new business accounts. He/she will be responsible for sales revenue in partnership with new accounts, and will assist the Business Development Manager (BDM) in acquiring new business, project management and the start up phase of new business.
Responsibilities
Strategic
- Proactively identify tactical and strategic business opportunities in conjunction with the BDM & EVP
- Contribute to the achievement of company revenue targets
Business Analysis
- Define the client’s business requirements through custom quote request form and interview
- Complete preliminary pricing analysis through web pricing engine
- Ensure CRM system is accurate and all follow-up tasks are complete
- Translate operational, process and technical requirements to customers and internal business teams
- Coordinate all meetings between prospect, BDM and corporate
- Identify solutions and products that are relevant to client’s business requirements
Sales Support
- Prepare sales-orientated proposals and RFI / RFP responses
- Coordinate the development of pricing that is compliant with the requirements of the proposal and corporate pricing approvals
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to agreed responsibilities and timeframes to develop proposals in a timely manner
- Ensure sales messages and approaches are understood by all stakeholders
- Assist in the presentation of solutions to clients
- Manage the proposal development process to internal standards and procedures
- Generate additional referrals from maturing relationship with clients
